An SEO mechanic. oh yeah. Anyway. I like number 3. But SEO's cut from a different cloth won't ever agree on strategy. Maybe the second opinion sucks and lies about the current SEO work? Sorry I don't trust SEO's I don't know. It's like the wild wild west out there (the internet) and us SEO's are cowboys, free able to go wherever we want and Google is the Sheriff.
